Cheesecake ice cream with liquorice stripes
Home made cheesecake ice cream is paired with liquorice sauce, fresh berries and crushed biscuits. A great dessert or a treat for a summer day! The recept makes a total of about 1 liter of ice cream.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the cream. Wash and dry the beaters. Whip the egg whites until fluffy. Place the cream cheese, egg yolks and sugar in a bowl. Mix until even. Mix the whipped cream into the mixture and gently add the whisked egg whites while stirring the mixture.
Use a suitable tray to layer the ice cream with the liquorice sauce, crushed biscuits and fresh berries. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for approximately 4 hours.
