  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tin of (400 g) crushed tomato
  • 1/2 dl ketchup
  • 1/2 dl red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 dl brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder

  • Bring the mix to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer on medium heat for approximately 30 minutes without a lid, until the sauce thickens. Periodically stir the mixture.
  • Add the finely chopped liquorice, salt and pepper. Continue to cook until the liquorice has melted.
