Granola with liquorice and chocolate

Granola with liquorice and chocolate

Now we are making granola Panda style! Liquorice and chocolate shavings are added to the mix of oat and coconut flakes. The granola stays fresh in a covered container for a few weeks, so you can enjoy it on many mornings with yogurt or other sides you like. Home made granola is also a wonderful gift idea. Grab the granola recipe below and just give it a try!
Servings 9 dl of granola
Cook Time 40 minutes

  • 6 dl oatmeal
  • 3 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 3 dl nuts, e.g., pecan
  • 0,5 dl rapeseed oil
  • 0,5 dl maple syrup

  • Measure the oatmeal and the coconut flakes into a bowl. Add the nuts, oil and syrup. Blend thoroughly. Flip onto a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  • Oven bake at 150 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Periodically blend the mixture with a spoon until the granola is a golden brown.
  • Add the diced liquorice and the crushed chocolate to the granola once it has cooled completely. Your homemade granola is safe to store for a few weeks in a jar with a lid.
Serve with yogurt or other sides you like. Enjoy!
